If you’re looking for a really special release on Record Store Day you may want to motor-vate (or better yet, hop the bus) over to The Groove on Saturday. Local folk singer-songwriter fave Erin Rae will be performing as part of a line-up of talent for the day. And to make the event even more exciting, The Groove will be selling an exclusive Erin Rae picture disc single.

Limited to only 25 lathe-cut copies, the single presents two previously unreleased songs, and Side A of the picture disc features an alternative colored version of the Harry Underwood painting used for Rae’s new album Putting On Airs.

The event runs from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., also appearing at The Groove will be Luthi, Future Thieves, Tennessee Muscle Candy, Blank Range, The Gripsweats, Camm, and special secret guests. Exact performance times will be announced the day of the event.

To whet your appetite, and encourage folks to use public transit on Record Store Day, Rae recorded a Bus Stop Session for Acme Radio Live and WeGo Public Transit. For more information, follow Erin Rae on Instagram.
